The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public if anyone saw Terri Horman’s white pickup at or near Skyline on June 4, the day 7 year old Kyron Horman disappeared. Terri Horman has not been named as a person of interest in the case. Kyron went missing after a morning science fair, and his absence was reported later that afternoon when he failed to return home on a school bus. His stepmother contacted the school.
1,300 volunteers from across the state, as well as from southern Washington state and northern California have searched the area for him, however most of those teams were sent home last week. Even though the search was scaled back, officials said the case continues as a criminal investigation.
Kyron’s stepmother said she last saw Kyron as he walked down a hallway toward his second-grade classroom wearing a “CSI” T-shirt and dark cargo pants. Authorities said the last reported sighting of Kyron was at about 9 A.M.
