 Bobby Flay, Food Network Host of Throwdown:  "Carrot Cake...delicious!"

 Wednesday night, Stewart relived the experience seeing the full episode for the first time. 

 Vera Stewart, Owner of Very Vera:  "Oh gosh, I'm so excited and I'm filled with a room full of many of the stars that we just saw on TV."

 Hours of filming cut down to 30 minutes...but Stewart's favorite part?

 Stewart:  "My favorite part was when Bobby Flay actually was standing in front of me.  And I guess that's when I probably felt the most surreal."

 So what was it like going up against one of the biggest names in the food biz?

 Stewart:  "I was a little nervous but it doesn't seem to come across that way and I'm glad!"

 And who's carrot cake came out on top?...Or more importantly...did our local judges pick their local favorite?

 Deke Copenhaver, Augusta Mayor:  "Great overall carrot flavor.  I like the icing although it's a little bit, not quite as southern as what I'm used to.  We pick "B"!" by wjbf
